These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the Foreign Currency Household Account Book App (hereinafter referred to as "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the provider of this App.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

This App is provided for the purpose of recording household accounts in foreign currencies, calculating exchange rates, and referencing currency information.

It can be used offline, but exchange rates may not be up to date.

Article 3 (Overview of Functions)

Acquisition and display of exchange data using ExchangeRate API
Reference to exchange data saved in Firestore
Manual and automatic update of exchange rates
Recording and management of household accounts in multiple currencies
Backup of transaction data by signing in with Apple ID (saved in Firestore)
Viewing calculation history and household account history
Selection and conversion of currencies
Automatic suggestion of currency based on current location information (only with user permission)

Article 4 (Prohibitions)

The following acts are prohibited:

Reverse engineering, modifying, or duplicating this App
Unauthorized use of this App for commercial purposes
Acts that place an excessive load on servers or external APIs

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

This App strives to provide as accurate information as possible, but does not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates or calculation results.

Article 6 (Changes/Termination)

The developer may change the specifications of this App or suspend its provision without prior notice.

Article 7 (Display of Ads)

Ads provided by "Google AdMob" by Google LLC are displayed in this App.
Ads may be automatically delivered based on user interests, etc.
The App developer does not directly identify individual users through the display of ads.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages or troubles caused by the display or content of ads.

🔒 Privacy Policy

This App respects user privacy and operates based on the following policy.

1. Information Collected

This App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.). However, the following information may be saved:

Currency selected by the user and setting information (saved locally on device)
Household account transaction data (saved in Firestore only when the user signs in with Apple ID)
Calculation history (saved locally on device)

2. Acquisition of Exchange Data

Exchange rates acquired using the ExchangeRate API are saved on Firestore by the developer so that they can be referenced within this App.

3. Communication

This App may communicate to acquire/send exchange data and backup data in the background periodically or by user operation.

4. Third-Party Provision

Collected data will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:

Based on law
When necessary to use external services such as Firestore

5. Ads

This App uses the ad delivery service "Google AdMob" provided by Google LLC for monetization.

Google and its partners may use Cookies and Advertising IDs to display ads based on user interests.
Information collected through AdMob may include anonymized advertising identifiers, device information, app usage status, etc.
The developer of this App does not directly access data automatically collected by AdMob.

6. Access Permissions

This App uses only the minimum necessary permissions.

Apple ID authentication (for backup)
Location information (used for automatic currency selection only if permitted)

7. Use of Location Information

This App may temporarily acquire location information to automatically select currency based on the user's current country information.

Only "approximate location information (country level)" is acquired, and it does not identify the individual's exact location.
This location information is not used for purposes other than automatic currency selection and is not sent or saved outside the App.
It is acquired only with the user's permission, and use stops immediately if permission is revoked.

Exchange rates displayed in this App depend on an external API (ExchangeRate API), and their accuracy and immediacy are not guaranteed.
Please be sure to check official information from financial institutions, etc., for actual financial transactions.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses caused by the use of this App.
Data may temporarily not be saved or acquired due to failures of Firestore or external services.
