These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the Haiku AI Scoring App (hereinafter referred to as "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the provider of this App.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

This App is provided for the purpose of submitting Haiku and receiving AI-generated scores and comments.

Grading is performed via external services such as the OpenAI API, so the accuracy and validity of the content are not guaranteed.

Article 3 (Overview of Functions)

Generation of Haiku scores and critiques using OpenAI API
Data storage and analysis using Firebase (collection of usage status, etc.)
Display of advertisements (Google AdMob, etc.)
Scoring requests using in-app resources (coins and tickets)

Article 4 (Prohibitions)

The following acts are prohibited:

Reverse engineering, modification, or duplication of this App
Unauthorized commercial use of this App
Acts that place an excessive load on servers or external APIs
Posting Haiku contrary to public order and morals or promoting illegal acts

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Scoring results and critiques provided by this App are automatically generated by AI, and accuracy, objectivity, and completeness are not guaranteed.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses arising from the use of scoring results obtained through this App.
Functions may become temporarily unavailable due to failures of external services such as ad display, Firebase, or OpenAI API, for which we assume no responsibility.

Article 6 (Changes/Termination)

The developer may change specifications or suspend provision of this App without notice.

Article 7 (In-App Purchases)

In this App, you can request scoring or expand functions by purchasing in-app resources such as coins or tickets.
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
In principle, purchased in-app resources cannot be refunded. Please check carefully before purchasing.
Consumable items (e.g., coins and tickets) cannot be restored after consumption. Non-consumable items (e.g., storage expansion) can be restored with the same Apple ID.
The developer assumes no responsibility for direct refunds or compensation for payment errors or non-reflection due to Apple system failures.

This App respects user privacy and operates based on the following policy.

1. Information Collected

This App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.). However, the following information may be acquired or saved:

Input Haiku (sent to OpenAI API for scoring, but please do not include personal information)
User in-app settings and usage history (saved locally or in Firebase)

In addition, the following information may be automatically acquired by third parties (advertising providers such as Google) for ad delivery:

Advertising Identifier (Google Ad ID, etc.)
Information regarding app usage status and viewed pages

2. AI Scoring

This App uses the OpenAI API to generate scores and critiques. Since scoring content depends on external services, accuracy and reliability are not guaranteed.

3. Communication

This App communicates for Haiku scoring requests, ad display, and usage analysis.

4. Third-Party Provision

Collected data will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:

Based on law
When sent to third-party services such as Google for ad delivery (e.g., AdMob)

5. Access Permissions

This App does not make unnecessary access to personal information or confidential information on the device.

6. Ads

This App uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to display ads.

These advertising providers may use Cookies and advertising identifiers to collect information in order to deliver ads based on user interests.

7. For Users in EEA/UK (GDPR)

This App obtains consent before processing personal data (such as Ad ID) for ads or analysis for users residing in the EEA and UK.
Users can change or withdraw consent from the consent management screen (provided within the app or by the advertising provider).
If you do not consent, non-personalized ads will be displayed.

8. Privacy Law Compliance for US Users (CCPA/CPRA, etc.)

This App provides users residing in the US, etc., with the right to opt out of data sharing that may fall under "sale of personal information".
Users can exercise this right through settings in the app or opt-out links provided by advertising providers.
After opting out, context-based non-personalized ads will still be displayed.

9. In-App Purchase Information

This App may save user in-app purchase status and usage history (history of consumed coins and tickets) within the app and Firebase.
This information is used for managing user service usage status and providing restoration functions, and is not used for purposes such as ad delivery.
In-app purchase payments are made through Apple, and the developer does not acquire individual payment information (credit card numbers, etc.).

The developer assumes no responsibility even if the user suffers disadvantages based on scoring results obtained using this App.
Functions may become temporarily unavailable due to failures of external services such as Firebase or advertising networks.
